It is creeping up on fall and that means turn your eye to the tributaries as the salmon are running!!! This King Salmon was hauled in by a fisherman on the Siletz bay. It is huge as the backpack is not kid sized and the "pick me up" juice is in a 24 ounce cup. I bet his catch was around 3 feet. When he was finished recording it for his license he covered is with his flannel and went right back out to wade in the surf and try for more. One pecky seagully was very interested, but it could have used it for a surf board it was so huge.
